NASportz ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NASportz mobile application and website at nasportz.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and profile photo.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including sports statistics, game results, league participation, wins, losses, and rankings.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a league plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and improve app performance.

Optional Profile Details: Your profile can include a short bio, country, playing position, preferred hand or foot, and physical details such as height and weight. All of these are optional, you enter them yourself, and you can clear them at any time from your profile.

Information You Provide About Other People: Features such as My Players and Play Log let you save the names, and optionally the email addresses, of people you play with, so you can record matches against them. If you enter an email address for someone who does not have an account with us, we send that person a single invitation email telling them who added them and offering them an account.

If you add someone else's details, you are responsible for having a reasonable basis to do so. If you are that person and you would rather we did not hold your details: use the unsubscribe link in the invitation, or write to us at support@nasportz.com and we will remove your address and stop contacting you. We do not send marketing to people who do not have an account, and we do not sell or share these addresses.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@nasportz.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nasportz.com.

You do not need an account to exercise them. If someone added your email address to their player list, you can remove it yourself through the unsubscribe link in the invitation, or ask us at the address above.

Account holders can delete their own account, and everything attached to it, from Settings in the app or from the delete account page. You do not have to email us to do it.

6. Children's Privacy

NASportz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
