Welcome to NASportz. By downloading or using the NASportz app or visiting nasportz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NASportz is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features, including league management plans, require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., match scores, profile info). By submitting content, you grant NASportz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of scores and results you submit.

All app content, design, logos, and software are the property of NASportz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NASportz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Sports data and statistics are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NASportz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
